Please read our return and refund policies carefully before completing your event registration or making a voluntary donation.

1. Registration Fee Refund

• Non-Refundable: Due to the advanced logistical planning, venue booking, catering, and event management requirements, all Registration Fees are strictly non-refundable once paid and verified.
• Duplicate Payments: If your account is accidentally charged twice for the same registration due to a network glitch or gateway timeout, please contact us within 24 hours. Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• Event Cancellation: In the rare and highly unlikely event that the celebration is permanently canceled by the organizing committee, partial or full refunds will be processed based on the committee's final resolution.

2. Donation Refund

• Donations made to the DPHS Platinum Jubilee fund are entirely voluntary contributions aimed at facilitating the grand event and supporting the institution's welfare.
• All donations are final and non-refundable. We urge donors to be certain of their contribution amount before proceeding with the payment.

3. Gateway & Processing Charges

Any internet banking, credit card, or mobile banking processing fees (e.g., bKash/Nagad cash-out or gateway charges) applied during the transaction are third-party fees and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Dispute & Support Contact

If you encounter any payment-related issues, pending status after deduction, or require assistance regarding a duplicate charge, please reach out to our support team immediately.
